Getting Started on the Sponsored Slim
         ·         Decide the dates that you plan to start & end the sponsored slim 

·         set your target weight loss  (a healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 lbs per week)

·         Identify a person who will verify your weight loss

·         Register your dates/target weight loss with us either by email to  or phone Philippa on 01622 814263. Please specify if you are a lbs or kgs person
We will send / email you sponsorship forms and your Record of weight card and you are ready to start
