How To Book

Step 1. Set the date

 Decide the date and time that you would like to  hold your event.  Check the Calendar to make sure that the hall is not already booked at that time.  Although the calendar will be kept as up-to-date as possible there may be a booking that is being processed and so a space in the calendar does not guarantee availability.  To confirm availability or to ask questions about the hall please contact the Bookings Secretary on 07747505802  monday to saturday 9am - 6pm or preferably email  The answer to some questions can be found on our FAQs page.

Step 2. Complete the Booking Form

Print off and complete the booking form.  To hire the hall you must be over 18 and you must  have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions.  Both documents can be downloaded below.

Step 3. Post the completed form to the Bookings Secretary.

In order to secure the booking a holding deposit of £25.00 charge will be required at the time of booking . 
This deposit will only be returned if the event is cancelled more than  1 calendar month   before the scheduled event date.
